Care reliability

Problem

Remote care was urgent, but generic apps with fragmented scheduling weren’t built for a large institutional healthcare audience that needed to trust telehealth.

Study

Structured the product around four pillars and trust-first flows: clear next steps, restrained visuals, dedicated onboarding for 60+ beneficiaries, and 24/7 in-app support.

Result

40K+ beneficiaries, ~50K consultations/month, under 30% no-show during lockdowns, and 80%+ chat retention.
